MY TYPICAL DAY

WAKE UP

 

I sleep until I am fully rested and healed. I become fully conscious after every sleep cycle, but most only do so after about five. This does not mean it is time to awaken, if you are not fully rested. I sleep eight to ten hours every night and go to bed at the same time. This is VERY important for your circadian rhythm and for high-quality sleep, AKA, healing.

NO PHONE

 

I do not touch my phone for at least 30 minutes after waking up. We will not ascend when we wake up and plug into the lost world

​

TEETH CARE

 

I immediately brush the bad bacteria out of your mouth & rinse.

​

Brush your teeth with a soft bristle brush and in circles to clean out the gum line. Many people brush too hard and too much and take off the protective layer of enamel.

​

HYDRATE

 

We are the most dehydrated in the morning. After brushing, I add minerals and electrolytes to a glass bottle of high-quality well or spring water and drink 10 oz.

WAKE UP WITH THE SUN

 

I apply organic moisturizer every morning and go to the sun. The sun will heal you and this will help you fall asleep later that night. If you are hydrated with minerals, moisturized and you do not overexpose. Get sun on ALL body parts.

AFFIRMATIONS

 

I have a continually changing daily affirmation that I repeat three or more times to reprogram for more peace and power. I post them daily on my Instagram and FB stories for examples.

Stretch and do kundalini yoga movements to wake up, detox and energize your body while connecting.
