WHAT TO EAT
A plant-based diet catered to your body's specific needs of highly vibrational foods that do not cause inertia and lethargy and are easy to digest
Meat is loaded with nutrients, proteins and fats, but there are great consequences that come along with eating it that few people are aware of. It will most definitely lower your vibration and harm your chances of connection and healing.

If your body calls for meat or animal products, eat organic free-range eggs, wild-caught fish/roe or A2 cow/sheep/goat yogurt or raw kefir.
If you work in nuts, make sure they are raw and soak them overnight
